PURPOSE: An asymmetric poly (vinylidene fluoride) membrane and a manufacturing method of the same are provided to ensure high flux and strength by forming an asymmetric structure on the cross section of the membrane based on fibrous connected spherical particle groups and simple spherical particle groups. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an asymmetric poly (vinylidene fluoride) membrane includes the steps of: melting a raw composition based on 20-80 weight% of poly (vinylidene fluoride)-based polymer and 20-50 weight% of a plasticizer, extruding the molten product through an outer pipe with a double nozzle of 150-300C, and spinning non-coagulated hollow fiber based on air of the room temperature; immerging the non-coagulated hollow fiber into an air gap or coagulant, and winding coagulant hollow fiber; immersing the coagulated hollow fiber into extraction liquid of 50-90C, and extracting the plasticizer; and re-immersing the hollow fiber into a casting liquid of 50-150C, and preparing a cast membrane.
