POLYPEPTIDE SEQUENCE ON A REPETITIVE C-TERMINAL REGION OF ARANEUS VENTRICOSUS-DERIVED MAJOR AMPULLATE SPIDOIN PROTEIN, AND A BASE SEQUENCE ENCODING THE SAME
PURPOSE: A base sequence encoding a polypeptide on repetitive C-terminal region of Araneus ventricosus-derived major ampullate spidoin protein(MaSp) is provided to understand amino acid structural property of spider silk protein, and to identify the property of the spider silk protein.;CONSTITUTION: A polypeptide on a repetitive C-terminal region of Araneus ventricosus-derived MaSp contains a sequence in sequence number 1 as essential amino acid. A nucleic acid molecule containing the repetitive C-terminal region encodes the polypeptide. The nucleic acid molecule contains a nucleotide sequence in sequence number 2. The nucleic acid molecule is cDNA. Recombinant protein of Araneus ventricosus-derived MaSp is expressed in insect baculovirus.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
