PURPOSE: A system for dualizing the temperature of cooling water for a vessel is provided to reduce fuel consumption of a diesel engine and to reduce the size of some equipment using the cooling water.;CONSTITUTION: A system for dualizing the temperature of cooling water for a vessel comprises a seawater circulating unit, a clean water circulating unit, a clean water cooling unit, a supply temperature controlling unit, cooling water usage equipment, a clean water branch circulating unit, and cooling water sub usage equipment. The seawater circulating unit continuously supplies seawater for a heat exchange. The clean water circulating unit circulates cooling water cooled by the heat exchange. The clean water cooling unit lowers the temperature of clean water by a heat exchange between the seawater of the seawater circulating unit and the clean water of the clean water circulating unit. The supply temperature controlling unit controls the supply temperature of the clean water cooled by passing through the clean water cooling unit.
