PURPOSE: An electrode needle, a method for manufacturing the same, and a deep topical therapeutic apparatus with the same are provided to apply electric stimuli a biological tissue and to concentrate heat and the electric stimuli.;CONSTITUTION: An electrode needle comprises: a needle(110) which is inserted into a biological tissue; a sensing unit(120) with a first positive electrode part and a first negative electrode part which measures impedance of the biological tissue; and a heating unit with a second positive electrode part and a second positive electrode part which is patterned at the outer circumference of the needle.
