The diagnosis of meatiness diagnoses the marbling score and the content of the unsaturated fatty acid. The polymorphism (SNP) marker for the Korean beef meatiness diagnosis has at least one genotype selected from the group consisting of the AA genotype of the 86th nucleotide of the sequence number 1, the TT genotype of the 251st nucleotide of the sequence number 2, and the GG genotype of the 251st nucleotide of the sequence number 3.
