PURPOSE: An impedance control circuit and a semiconductor device including the same are provided to improve the signal integrity of a system by precisely correcting impedance.;CONSTITUTION: A first impedance unit(410) terminates an impedance node with an impedance value determined by an impedance control code. A second impedance unit(420) terminates the impedance node with the impedance value determined by an impedance control voltage. A comparator circuit(100) generates an up and down signal and the impedance control voltage corresponding to a level difference between a reference voltage and the voltage of the impedance node. The up and down signal shows a high voltage by comparing the reference voltage with the voltage of the impedance node.
