PURPOSE: A screw cap ceramic manufacturing method is provided to simplify manufacturing and reduce manufacturing costs by molding a screw cap in one time by press-molding a press mold.;CONSTITUTION: A ceramic screw cap manufacturing method comprises the following steps: preparing an external frame which includes an inner space which corresponds to an external shape of an upside-down ceramic screw cap to be completed(S1); inserting the moldable powder containing moisture into the inner space of the external frame(S2); moving a press mold downward to be inserted into the inner space of the external frame and forming a cap before completion by press-molding the moisture contained powder(S3); counter-rotating the press mold and upwardly moving the press mold at the same time to remove the press mold from the external frame(S4); drying the cap before completion in which a screw unit is formed in an inner side(S5); and removing the external frame from the dried cap before completion(S6).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013;[Reference numerals] (S1) External frame preparing step; (S2) Moisture containing powder putting step; (S3) Press mold inserting step; (S4) Press mold removing step; (S5) Drying step; (S6) External frame removing step
