PURPOSE: A stacking substrate image sensor with a dual sensing function is provided to improve resolution by forming unit pixels which are formed in a first and a second substrate and have different sizes.;CONSTITUTION: First to fourth pixels are formed in a first substrate. A fifth pixel(221) is formed in a second substrate. The size of the fifth pixel is different from the first to fourth pixels. The first to fourth pixels are electrically bonded to the fifth pixel.
