PURPOSE: A kit for detecting an antibody for swine fever virus is provided to identify the presence of the antibody, and to quantitatively and quickly measure a maternal antibody for swine fever virus in a piglet using a portable quantitative analyzer.;CONSTITUTION: A kit for detecting an antibody for swine fever virus comprises: a sample pad; a conjugate pad in which swine fever virus E2 antigen-nano magnetic bead is conjugated; a membrane which shows detection results; and an adsorption pad. The presence or titer of the antibody for swine fever virus is measured using the kit. The yellow line of the kit indicates the presence of the antibody. A method for measuring the titer of the antibody comprises: a step of preparing a sample; and a step of reacting the sample with the swine fever virus E2 antigen-nano magnetic bead conjugate; and a step of measuring the magnetism value of swine fever virus E2 antigen-nano magnetic bead using a magnetic sensor.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
