PURPOSE: A peeling device for plating is provided to conveniently proceed with a separation work by automatically peeling off protective sheets.;CONSTITUTION: A feeder(4) is arranged on a workbench and transfers thin film substrates to which protective sheets are attached in both sides from the one side of the workbench to the other side. A first separation roller(6) and a second separation roller(5) are equipped with outer surfaces of cylindrical shape on which absorption holes are formed, are separately arranged, and let the thin film type substrate(G) which is moved by the feeder pass through. The first separation roller and the second separation roller are installed on the workbench and perform a rolling operation in order to correspond to the movement direction of the thin film type substrate. An absorption unit(10) is equipped with absorbers in the first separation roller and the second separation roller and pulls the protective sheets of the thin film type substrates to the outer surface of the first and second separation rollers.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
