PURPOSE: A jig assembly for changing a motor is provided to safely replace a motor regardless of the load of a motor and to improve work efficiency by shortening a work time.;CONSTITUTION: A jig assembly for changing a motor comprises a vertical support column(110), a horizontal support column(120), a movement bracket(130), and a hooking unit(140). The vertical support column is adjustable in a vertical height. The bottom of the vertical support column is detachably attached to the top of a lift device. One side of the horizontal support column is attached to the top of the vertical support column. The other side of the horizontal support column is inserted into the movement bracket and is horizontally movable. The hooking unit comprises a winch(142) and a hook(144).
