ENDLESS MANUFACTURING METHOD OF FERRITIC STAINLESS STEEL WHICH IS APPLIED BY A HIGH SPEED ELECTROLYTIC ACID PICKLING PROCESS WHICH CREATES NO DAMAGE ON THE SURFACE OF ANNEALED AND HEAT-TREATED STAINLESS STEEL
PURPOSE: An endless manufacturing method of ferritic stainless steel is provided to control the current density and surface potential of ferritic stainless steel which is annealed and heat-treated after an endless cold rolling process; thereby removing generation of trans-granular corrosion, scale, and pitting; and maintaining brilliance of the cold-rolled stainless steel.;CONSTITUTION: An endless manufacturing method of ferritic stainless steel is composed of the following steps. Stainless steel is rolled by a tandem rolling mill which is equipped with two or more rolling mill stands. The continuously rolled stainless steel is rolled by a reversing rolling mill. The reversibly rolled stainless steel is annealed in an annealing furnace.
