ENDLESS MANUFACTURING METHOD OF FERRITIC STAINLESS STEEL WHICH USE A WEAK ACID PICKLING PROCESS TO REDUCE AN ACID PICKLING LOAD BY MINIMIZING GENERATION OF ANNEALING SCALE IN ANNEALING, AND FERRITIC STAINLESS STEEL THEREOF
PURPOSE: An endless manufacturing method of ferritic stainless steel, and ferritic stainless steel thereof are provided to rapidly heat-treat stainless steel in an annealing heat treatment process, thereby minimizing scale which is formed on the surface of the stainless steel and maintaining proper hardness.;CONSTITUTION: An endless manufacturing method of ferritic stainless steel is composed of the following steps. Stainless steel is rolled by a tandem rolling mill which is equipped with two or more rolling mill stands. The rolled stainless steel is rolled by a reversing rolling mill. The reversibly rolled stainless steel is annealed at the temperature in the range of less than 600°C.
