PURPOSE: A power divergence type hybrid transmission is provided to obtain assembly performance by including a simple structure and to prevent energy loss due to fluid pressure.;CONSTITUTION: A power divergence type hybrid transmission comprises a first planet gear device(PG1), a second planet gear device(PG2), a first motor generator(MG1), a first motor generator(MG2), and a dry dual clutch(CL). The dry dual clutch comprises a first friction element(CL1) and a second friction element(CL2). The first friction element controls an interval between a rotation element, which is connected to an engine, of the first planet gear device and the rotation element of the second planet gear device.
