PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a selenide-based phosphor is provided to synthesize a selenide-based spherical phosphor particle which has excellent crystallinity and purity and high excitation efficiency in a UV and blue ray region.;CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a selenide-based phosphor comprises a step of mixing a strontium aqueous salt, selenium aqueous salt, and europium aqueous salt into distilled water to manufacture a spray solution; a step of spraying the spray solution with a liquid droplet, by using an ultrasonic wave liquid droplet generator; a step of transferring the liquid droplet into a tube reactor; a step of forming a phosphor particle by conduct a reaction in the tube reactor; a step of conducting heat treatment under a mixed gas atmosphere of hydrogen and nitrogen to crystallize and a activate the phosphor particle.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
