PURPOSE: A biosensor, a bio material detecting device using the same, and a bio material detecting method are provided to sense a change in the projectile force of a nano motor according to the concentration of a target molecule and to convert the same into electrical signals, thereby minimizing size and detecting on a real time basis.;CONSTITUTION: A biosensor comprises a supporting substrate(100), a semiconductor layer(200), and a nano motor array(300). The semiconductor layer is spaced from the top surface of the supporting substrate by supporters(150). The nano motor array is formed on the top surface of the semiconductor layer and includes a plurality of nano metal rods(NM). The nano metal rods have self projectile force inside fluid.
