The present invention relates to a field effect transistor (FET) based-biosensor using a nanowire as a sensor channel and a membrane as a flow channel, which comprises: an FET detecting a target material (T) by measuring a change in resistance in accordance with existence of the target material, wherein a probe material unusually coupled to the target material is processed on one side surface; and a membrane assembly assisting pretreatment, flowing, and adsorption of the target material. As stated above, according to the composition of the present invention, inspection is simple and reliable without an additional pretreatment means and processes.
