PURPOSE: PPAR alpha, gamma, and delta active materials using Dendropanax morbifera Lev. leaves are provided to prevent or treat diseases such as obesity, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, hypertension, atherosclerosis, cardiovascular diseases, metabolic diseases, cancer, and inflammation, and to be used as a main ingredient of a pharmaceutical product, a functional food, and a health food. CONSTITUTION: A method for isolating PPAR alpha, gamma, and delta active materials using Dendropanax morbifera Lev. leaves comprises: a step of extracting Dendropanax morbifera Lev. leaves with hydrous alcohol and preparing concentrate(S101); and a step for fractioning the concentrate with a non-polar solvent(S103). The PPAR alpha, gamma, and delta active materials contain a Dendropanax morbifera Lev. leaf extract and a fraction thereof. The PPAR alpha, gamma, and delta active materials further contains a pharmaceutically acceptable inactive carrier. The inactive carrier is selected from a group consisting of starch and lactose.
