PURPOSE: A biosensor for measuring HbA1c(Glycosylated Hemoglobin) using potentiometry is provided to measure the concentration of the total Hb(Hemoglobin) and the HbA1c by using a potential difference without a step of separating the Hb and the HbA1c.;CONSTITUTION: A biosensor for measuring HbA1c using potentiometry comprises reference electrodes(3,4), a measuring unit, and a potential difference measuring circuit. The measuring unit includes a portion capable of characteristic-joining to the HbA1c and includes a variation electrode(1). Molecules in which oxidation-reduction reaction potentials are changed by joining the HbA1c without supplying a voltage and a current from outside are aligned in the variation electrode.
