PURPOSE: A method for automatically overlapping multiple finite elements, and a device thereof are provided to generate an overlap model by automatically overcalling the multiple finite elements, thereby minimizing errors caused by model generation. CONSTITUTION: A proximity interference information search module searches interference information among elements of a plurality of finite element models(S800). A short distance interference removal module removes a short distance interference element(S810). An interference point generation module receives an interference area which short distance interference is removed and interference information from the short distance interference removal module and generates interference points(S820). An overlap element generation module generates an interference element by using the interference points(S830). An overlap model reconfiguration module generates an overlapped finite element model(S840).
