PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a biosensor element for detecting glucose and the biosensor element and a method for detecting glucose using the same are provided to fix a hydrophilic molecular film on a metalloid polymer nancomposite, to generate a compound by inducing covalent bond of graphene oxide, and to improve blood glucose detection.;CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a biosensor element comprises: a step of fixing a hydrophilic molecular film onto a nanocomposite(S110); a step of inducing covalent bond of the nanocomposite and graphene and generating a compound(S120); and a step of modifying glucose oxidase(S130). The nanocomposite is PEG-SIO2@Ag. The hydrophilic molecular film is 3-APTES(3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane).
