PURPOSE: A user recognition analysis apparatus and a user recognition analysis method are provided to recognize the changed important information which users casually fail to catch and provide the recognized information to the user, thereby helping the recognition improvement of the user.;CONSTITUTION: A ROI(Region Of Interest) detector(150) detects a view path of a user of an input image, and detects an interest area of the user of the image by using the detected view path. An object recognition unit(160) recognizes a plurality of object on the input image. A recognition decision unit(170) determines the recognition of the user for a plurality of object through the comparison of the detected interest area and the detected plurality of object.
