PURPOSE: A heating control device for a vehicle and a method thereof are provided to reduce a warming-up time needed for heating by using an electric heating device due to a heater core.;CONSTITUTION: A heating control device for a vehicle comprises a sensing unit(11), a heater core(12), a power supply unit(13), and a control unit(14). The sensing unit measures temperature of a radiator of the vehicle. The heater core operates according to operation of the radiator. The power supply unit supplies power to the heater core.
