PURPOSE: A minimum invasion approach method of hip joints in the femur head/neck resection is provided to minimize damages to muscles and tendons being cut during an approach process, and to avoid the transaction of muscles. CONSTITUTION: A minimum invasion approach method of hip joints comprises the following steps: a step of cutting the skin to the direction from the center of iliac crest to greater trochanter; a longitudinal section step of gluteus medius muscles and femoris muscles after pulling biceps muscle of thigh to the rear side; a step of inner transferring the rear leg end after the joint capsule incision; and a step of projecting the femur head by outwardly turning knees.
