PURPOSE: A composite girder using a vertical steel pipe as a web member and a bridge construction method using the same are provided to economically manufacture a composite girder using a steel form and to facilitate to manufacture by simply assembling. CONSTITUTION: A composite girder using a vertical steel pipe as a web member comprises a concrete lower chord(100), a web member(200), and a concrete upper chord(300). The concrete lower chord is equipped with a lower support(120) which comprises a support plate(121) and a web member setting plate(123). The lower plate side of the lower support is formed with a stud(122). The web member comprises a vertical steel pipe(210), a support plate(222), and a web member setting plate(224). The composite girder is formed along with the concrete upper chord by grouting into the vertical steep pipe through a concrete grouting hole.
