The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an efficient steel-concrete composite girder, a continuous bridge construction method using the same, and a continuous bridge constructed by the continuous bridge construction method. A reinforcement material for a transverse beam is installed in a waist portion of a steel girder of which both end parts are supported in a manufacturing step, and a connection rod is held by the reinforcement material to support a mold. Moreover, concrete is poured into the mold and cured, and the installed reinforcement material for a transverse beam and the installed mold are removed in order to increase economic efficiency and maintenance efficiency.
