PURPOSE: A steering device of a bogie is provided to obtain safety and easiness of steering by easily comprising the steering only when a handle is put down.;CONSTITUTION: A steering device of a bogie comprises a pair of caster assemblies(2), a handle(9), and a rotation coupling(10). The caster assemblies are rotatably connected to a base plate(1) and comprise a wheel(72) in a plurality of rows. The caster assembly comprises a fixing plate(3), a caster(4), and a trust bearing. The handle comprises a pair of support pipes(91,91a) and a lever(93). The rotation coupling connects the lever and the support pipes so that the support pipe is individually rotated on the lever.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
