PURPOSE: A movable protective wall and a manufacturing method of a protective block for the movable protective wall are provided to reinforce a connection force in order to induce integrated movement in the collision of a vehicle and to improve convenience of a connecting work and a dismantling work. CONSTITUTION: A movable protective wall(100) comprises a plurality of protective blocks(110) and a connection unit(120). The protective blocks are formed as a precast method. Both ends of the protective block are mutually connected, and a groove is formed on both ends. The connection unit comprises a connection loop(122) and a connection rod(124) and is installed on the groove. The protective block comprises a reinforcement member in which a reinforcing bar or wire mesh is installed as a lattice shape. A plurality of fork insertion grooves is formed so that a fork of a forklift is inserted into the bottom surface or water on a road is discharged.
