PURPOSE: A body pad is provided to obtain an effect of minimizing injuries in case of external physical collision transmitted to the body by attaching a cushion pad on a tape which can be used for several times.;CONSTITUTION: A body pad comprises: a cohesive portion (20) attaching the human body; a ventilation hole (40) for a ventilation when attaching; a cushion portion (60) relieving a physical impact; and a releasing paper (80) protecting the adhesion of the pad.
