PURPOSE: A Bluetooth hands-free car kit capable of adjusting sound quality of a call and a method of adjusting sound quality using the same are provided to adjust a frequency response of a microphone in each frequency domain, thereby improving sound quality of a call.;CONSTITUTION: A digital signal processor (DSP) (330) receives a second Bluetooth signal via a Bluetooth communication unit from a mobile communication terminal. The DSP outputs a second audio signal included in the second Bluetooth signal. A sound quality adjusting unit (390) compares an average level of a first audio signal and to an average level of the second audio signal in each frequency domain. The sound quality adjusting unit adjusts a frequency response of a microphone according to a difference between the average levels.
