PURPOSE: An organic light emitting diode is provided to improve luminous efficiency by transferring holes injected from a first electrode to a light emitting layer through a hole transfer layer, without an energy barrier.;CONSTITUTION: An organic light emitting diode includes a first electrode, a second electrode, and one or more organic layers between the first electrode and the second electrode. The organic layer includes a light-emitting layer and includes an organic material layer including a compound represented by chemical formula 1. The light emitting layer includes a host and a dopant including a compound represented by chemical formula 1. The content of the host in the light emitting layer is 80-99 wt%.
