摘要

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a -phase MnO2 electrode is provided to maximize the performance of a catalyst, obtain excellent capacity and charging and discharging performance, and manufacture an air cathode with excellent reversibility. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of -phase MnO2 electrode by using electron beam irradiation comprises a step of forming an air electrode material layer including -phase MnO2 and porous carbon-based materials in a porous metal support; and a step of irradiating the air electrode material layer with an electron beam. The -phase MnO2 is manufactured by the reaction of a LiMn2O4 solution and H2SO4 solution. The pH of the sulfuric acid solution is 2.5 or less.
