PURPOSE: A heater, a rolling line, and a heating method are provided to evenly heat a width direction of an energy part by arranging a magnetic core in the inner side of a wiring coil. CONSTITUTION: First and second heating parts (100,200) comprise magnetic cores (120,130,220,230). The magnetic core is extended along a pair of transverse parts of wiring coils (110,210). A first member is extended along the inner side of the transverse part. An outer side surface of the transverse part of the wiring coil is opened.
