PURPOSE: A surface treatment method of magnesium alloy is provided to improve quality of a magnesium alloy when the alloy is used as an exterior material by enhancing a mechanical property and the adhesion for painting.;CONSTITUTION: A surface treatment method of magnesium alloy comprises the following steps. The surface of the magnesium alloy is ground and washed. The washing step is to be implemented by dipping the magnesium alloy in acetone, and then by applying ultrasonic waves to the magnesium alloy. The magnesium alloy is dried after being washed. The dried magnesium alloy is deposited in an NaF solution. A crystal which is composed of Na, Mg, and F is grown by applying ultrasonic waves to the surface of the magnesium alloy, and then a paint layer is formed on the surface of the magnesium alloy.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013;[Reference numerals] (S10) Grind the surface of magnesium alloy; (S20) Wash the surface of the magnesium alloy; (S30) Dip the magnesium alloy in a NaF solution to grow NaMgF_3 crystals on the surface
