POLYESTER CHIP CAPABLE OF IMPROVING DRYING EFFICIENCY, EASILY MAINTAINING MOISTURE RATIO, DRYING IN THE HIGH DRYING TEMPERATURE AND A DRYING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A drying method of a polyester chip is provided to prevent the polyester chip from being hydrolyzed while manufacturing fiber or film by effectively managing moisture ratio of the polyester chip.;CONSTITUTION: A drying method of a polyester chip comprises a step of performing a drying process after the polyester chip is mixed with an antioxidant, and the antioxidant is coated on the surface of the polyester chip. The antioxidant is coated in amount of 500-3000 ppm to the polyester. A coating of the antioxidant comprises the steps of: adding the antioxidant in the polyester chip; and mixing and stirring the materials at 20-100 rpm.
