PURPOSE: An electronic component handling apparatus and a system thereof are provided to remove a space which is unnecessary in the front side position of a stacker.;CONSTITUTION: A handling apparatus (100) includes a handler module (110), a stacker (120), and a shuttle (130). The handler module handles an electronic component in an interval with an electronic component processor. The stacker is installed in the front side part of the handler module and loads and waits the electronic component. The shuttle loads the electronic component into the stacker or unloads from the stacker while moving the lower space of the stacker on a same plane with the stacker.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
