PURPOSE: A receiver flag interlocking method of a mobile email and computer recording medium which records the same are provided to originate a mail by designating a receiver flag to the other user in order to confirm a user of the receiver flag.;CONSTITUTION: A flag-setting apparatus (14b) inserts one or more time information and operation request information which is matched to the time information. One or more time information is inputted to a receiver flag through an input/output unit (11). A format-setting apparatus (14c) inserts the receiver flag into an irregular field of an RFC822 message format. The receiver flag includes one or more inputted time information and operation request information which is matched with the time information. The format-setting apparatus designates a receiver to which the flag is set.
