PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for measuring a location of a mobile terminal using a synchronization code and a computer readable recording medium on which a program for executing the method is recorded are provided to use distances among at least three base stations and a communication terminal, thereby measuring an accurate location of the communication terminal.;CONSTITUTION: At least three base stations controlling a communication terminal are selected(S310). Distances from each base station to the communication terminal are respectively calculated using a synchronization code(S320). The synchronization code is transceived to maintain synchronization among the communication terminal and the selected base stations. A location of the communication terminal is measured using the calculated distances(S340).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
