ANTI-STAINING ADDITIVE FOR PAINT, PAINT COMPOSTION COMPRISING THE SAME AND ANTI-STAINING COATION USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A paint additive for antipollution has excellent staining resistance and water resistance because the paint additive includes silicate glass and binder resin. A paint composition does not include any poisonous organic solvent to be environmentally-friendly. CONSTITUTION: A paint additive for antipollution is made by mixing a silane compound of 100 parts by weight and an acid solution of 1-300 parts by weight with a pH level of less than 3 and heating at a temperature of 80-110C. The acid solution includes a sulfuric acid solution, a nitric acid solution, a hydrochloric acid aqueous solution, a boric acid aqueous solution or a phosphoric acid aqueous solution. The paint additive includes silicate glass of 20-100 parts by weight and one or more of 5-100 parts by weight selected from a group of urethane resin, epoxy-based resin, acrylic resin, TEOS resin, and silicone resin.
