PURPOSE: A foreign language speaking learning relay service method is provided to learn foreign language speaking by relaying a voice call using a wireless internet connecting a foreign language speaking learner and a foreign language speaker.;CONSTITUTION: A service providing server receives language information about what a first user wants to learn (S100). The service providing server receives language information which a second user is able to speak from the second user (S200). The service providing server receives a foreign language speaking learning relay request from the first user or the second user (S300). The service providing server connects the first user or the second user requesting the foreign language speaking learning relay and the second user or the first user in which the language information are matched with using a wireless internet through a voice call (S400).
