METHOD FOR PROLIFERATING A LARGE AMOUNT OF NATURAL KILLER CELLS DERIVED FROM A DOG

PURPOSE: A method for proliferating a large amount of natural killer cells derived from a dog is provided to acquire a large amount of natural killer cells from a small amount of blood by a method for proliferating the natural killer cells while remarkably enhancing the killing ability of the natural killer cells.;CONSTITUTION: A medium composition for proliferating and differentiating natural killer cells (NK cells) derived from a dog contains IL-2, IL-15, or a mixture thereof as an active ingredient. A method for differentiating and proliferating the natural killer cells comprises the steps of: overlapping canine monocytes into Ficoll-Hypaque and centrifuging; purifying the isolated monocytes by Ficoll; and co-culturing the medium composition with the monocytes under the presence of feeder cells.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
