PURPOSE: A microdevice integrated with polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and an immunochromatography strip (ICS) for colorimetric detection of influenza A H1N1 virus is provided to enable to perform genetic dissection of the influenza A H1N1 virus in a short time, and to be able to be easily determined the existence of the target virus with naked eyes through the colorimetric detection using ICS.;CONSTITUTION: A virus detection apparatus integrated with a reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) device and an ICS is a virus detection apparatus detecting a target virus through the colorimetric detection. The virus detection apparatus comprises a resistance temperature detection (RTD) wafer (16) formed with an electrode pattern; a channel wafer laminated on the RTD wafer and formed with an RT-PCR chamber (11), and a first micro fluid channel (12) and a second micro fluid channel (13) connected to the chamber on the lower side; a first polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) membrane and glass mani folder laminated on the channel wafer and formed with a pneumatic microvalve (43) connected to the first micro fluid channel; a second PDMS membrane and glass mani folder laminated on the channel wafer and formed with a pulse micro pump (53) connected to the second micro fluid channel; and an ICS (30) attached to the lower side of the RTD wafer and connected to the first micro fluid channel.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
