AUTO-TRANSLATION USING ENGLISH MEANING-PHRASE

PURPOSE: An automatic language translator using an English semantic phrase is provided to rapidly generate a naturally translated sentence of high quality from an original text, thereby quickly and exactly translating a large volume of documents. CONSTITUTION: An auto-fuzzy translating unit compares an input sentence with a fuzzy-database (DB) to filter a duplicate sentence. If the filtered sentence is 1 ranking sentence, a translated sentence is generated. If the filtered sentence is 2 ranking sentence, the translated sentence is generated through a fuzzy algorithm. A translating device divides the input sentence in a semantic phrase unit on the basis of an English DB. The divided semantic phrase is substituted with a specific code, and a sentence including the specific code is arranged in a Korean word order. The rest sentence except for the specific code is translated on the basis of a machine translation DB. By comparing the input sentence with the English DB and machine translation DB, a color is designated according to a redundancy rate.
