PURPOSE: A heterocyclic derivative having nitrogen and an organic electronic device using the same are provided to improve the efficiency and stability of the organic solar cell and organic electronic device.;CONSTITUTION: A heterocyclic derivative having nitrogen includes at least two of a structure which is represented by chemical formula 1 or a structure of the chemical formula 1. An organic electronic device includes a first electrode, a second electrode, and at least one organic layer arranged between the first and second electrode. At least one of the organic layer contains the heterocyclic derivative having nitrogen.
