PURPOSE: A photographing optical system and a mobile terminal with the same are provided to utilize a lens of which first and second sub lenses having different distribution values are joined to be integrated, thereby providing higher resolution and an image quality in comparison with an existing optical system.;CONSTITUTION: A photographing optical system (300) includes a first lens (310), a second lens (330), and a third lens (340). The first lens has positive refracting power. The second lens is arranged in the rear of the first lens and has positive or negative refracting power. The third lens is arranged in the rear of the second lens and has positive or negative refracting power.
