PURPOSE: Sol-gel chip for collecting small molecules and a screening method of small molecule specific material using the same are provided to collect small molecules in the chip effectively, and to maintain the inflow of aptamer, thereby selecting the aptamer specific to a wide range of small molecules easily. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a porous support for supporting sol-gel containing small molecules comprises the following steps: a step of manufacturing the porous support having pores which are 100-3000 nm in depth and 100-1000 nm in diameter; and a step of spotting a sol-gel composition containing the small molecules in the surface of the porous support. The porous support is selected from the group comprised of a silicone, a glass, and a plastic. The porous surface of the porous support is formed by absorption of bipolar etching, chemical etching, patterning, and carbon nano tube and coating of Polyvinyl acetate (PVAc). The sol-gel spot in which small molecules are collected is fixed to the surface of the porous support having pores which are 100-3000 nm in depth and 100-1000 nm in diameter.
