摘要

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of carbon nanotube/polymer nanocomposite is provided to be able to economically manufacture a carbon nanotube/polymer nanocomposite having an excellent electric conductivity, thermal conductivity and high strength property. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing carbon nanotube/polymer nanocomposite comprises i) a step of manufacturing a catalyst composition in which the apparent density of metal catalyst particle is 0.03-0.90 g/cc; ii) a step of manufacturing carbon nanotubes with an ultra-low density bundle structure in which the apparent density of the bundle type carbon nanotube is 0.003-0.010 g/cc by injecting a carbon source into the catalyst composition, and synthesizing carbon nanotubes with the chemical vapor deposition method at 600-800deg.C; and iii) a step of manufacturing a nanocomposite by melting and mixing a polymer in carbon nanotubes with the ultra-low density bundle structure.
