PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a porous PTFE hollow fiber membrane is provided to suppress the rise of manufacturing costs and to improve the porosity of the PTFE hollow fiber membrane.;CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a porous PTFE hollow fiber membrane comprises: a step (S1) of preparing paste by mixing PTFE powder, a liquid lubricant, and polyvinyl pyrrolidone; a step (S2) of preliminarily molding the paste in a hollow fiber shape by compressing the paste; a step (S3) of extruding the preliminarily molded hollow fiber; a step (S4) of removing the liquid lubricant by heating the extruded hollow fiber; a step (S5) of forming a pore in the hollow fiber by extending the hollow fiber; a step (S6) of plasticizing the extended hollow fiber; and a step (S7) of forming a pore to the hollow fiber by oxidizing the polyvinyl pyrrolidone.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013;[Reference numerals] (S1) Step of mixing PTFE powder, a liquid lubricant, and polyvinyl pyrrolidone to produce paste; (S2) Step of mixing PTFE powder, a liquid lubricant, and polyvinyl pyrrolidone to produce paste; (S3) Step of extruding the preliminarily molded hollow fiber in an extruder; (S4) Step of removing the liquid lubricant by heating the extruded hollow fiber; (S5) Step of forming a pore in the hollow fiber by extending the hollow fiber without the liquid lubricant; (S6) Step of adding a pore to the hollow fiber by plasticizing the extended hollow fiber and oxidizing the polyvinyl pyrrolidone
