PURPOSE: An egg shell membrane-containing fine powder and a tablet using the same are provided to improve the efficiency of digestion and absorption.;CONSTITUTION: An egg shell membrane-containing fine powder has a volume average particle diameter of 6 um or less. A tablet contains the egg shell membrane-containing fine powder. A method for manufacturing the egg shell membrane-containing fine powder comprises the steps of: exfoliating an ingredient containing the egg shell membrane from an egg shell; crushing the ingredient in gas; and finely pulverizing the ingredient. A method for manufacturing the tablet comprises the steps of: tableting an ingredient for a tablet containing the egg shell membrane-containing fine powder; and preparing the tablet.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
