PURPOSE: An opening and closing device of an oil tank is provided to prevent oil from being leaked from an oil tank when a vehicle body is sloped at a predetermined angle or oil stored in the oil tank is sloping due to road conditions while driving.;CONSTITUTION: An opening and closing device (100) of an oil tank comprises a cap (110), a gasket (120), and an oil leakage preventive member (130). The cap is joined to the oil inlet of an oil tank and is formed with an air passage (113) connected to the atmosphere. The gasket closes the oil inlet of the oil tank and is formed with a silt (121) to allow air to flow.
